Mr. Dickie Van Donation

Good morning. My name is Brian Stelter. Today, The Auto Technology programs at Damascus and Edison High Schools will donate a refurbished, wheelchair-accessible van to History teacher Mr. Dickie.

As you may know, Mr. Dickie was seriously injured in a rock-climbing accident last September. He has been partially paralyzed since. He has started to undergo physical therapy and hopes to return to teaching as soon as possible.

On hand for the ceremony today are Montgomery County Auto Trades Foundation Coordinator Steve Boden; __________________________; Board of Education Vice President Sharon Cox; and most importantly, Mr. Bob Dickie. To begin the ceremony, here is Damascus High School principal Mr. Domergue.
